It was great to hear her perspective on things and to get some tips on how to create a more supportive community for ourselves. As women we tend to pile so much on ourselves and we strive for it all to be done perfectly, and think that's the way it has to be done before we can move forward. When in reality, done is better than perfect in most instances. Surrounding yourself with people who have similar things before you will provide so much insight and support!
