Episode 69 Guest Christopher Murray on Single Fatherhood

My name is Chris Murray, and I'm a single Father coach teaching the IMPORTANCE of "inner-child" bonding, AWARENESS behind excessive screen-time, and emotional immersion unto your child/children's psychological, physical and Spiritual attends.

 

From being in a FORCED situation due to my Son losing his Mummy to Covid-19, and parenting across generations-which presents many complexities and much conflict-I knew that the pressure was ON to come through for my Son.

 

In ADDITION to parenting across generations, there is also the "age discrepancies" with my Son being 6, his Nan 72 and me at 37 years of age respectively. 

 

But I KNEW that I had to find a WAY for my Son as a man, and as his Father.

 

After a LOT of trail and error surrounding the situation,  I have now MASTERED the ART of playfulness,  attentiveness and self-control to ensure that my Son and his Father has an enriching and nourishing BOND.

 

It's my wish to help out other parents and their children to forge a much more DEEPER connection of authenticity, purity and LOVE.

For those of you who don’t know me, I’m Anne Alvares.  I came from childhood pain.  I suffered abuse, controlling parents, and was parentified.  My healing journey began almost 30 years ago when I first told my story.  When I became a mother, I was determined to heal and not repeat the patterns of my childhood in my own parenting with my children.

 

Now, I teach parents how to foster healthy relationships with their kids.  When we uncover our childhood story and become aware of our triggers, we can begin to heal and change.  When we do this, our children thrive and we can feel good about our parenting.
