Forgiveness and Gratitude

I open up a little about forgiveness not only of those that hurt me in the past but also forgiveness of myself for feelings of not being worthy.

I touch on the subject of feeling gratitude for those around me in the past, those around me now, and those who will be around in the future. Now I could not mention everyone but know I am so grateful for everyone.
