Entitlement

In this revelatory episode we show how moral injury can be caused by abuse of the privilege of entitlement and show how to avoid it. We trace how the sin of a few in spiritual, civil or civic leadership becomes an iniquity of a generation. 

We contrast the mishandling of entitlement by Eli, his sons of Eli, sons of Samuel and king Saul, with the Ebenezer spirit of Joseph, Nehemiah and Ezra.

We show the negative effect of flawed character on prayer. We then contrast with the positive effects of faith, good character, and service.

That is why Jesus said that for one to be great, they must serve others. The very foundation of answered prayer is serving the will of God.
