Today's installment of Chicago Bears Daily Dose with Phil Ottochian is filled with frustration. Like millions of Bears fans Draft Dr. Phil expresses his frustration with the organization. The main target is head coach John Fox. The Doctor questions the leadership of the coach, his game and player management and admits his former endorsement of coach Fox was wrong. Finally, Draft. Dr. Phil calls on a change at the top of the organization and he has a suggestion as to whom should take over the team's operation over CEO Ted Phillips.
