Fear of judgement is like living by other people's rules and expectations!


There is a saying….

When we fear judgment, we give our power away to other people.

We fear showing up. We fear being visible and seen.

BUT the thing is when people judge, it says more about them than you.

Because we make judgement based upon our beliefs, patterns, habits and expectations.

What someone thinks about you has nothing to do with you for the most part.

So, WHY would you care?

Do they pay your bills? NO

So, why are they bothered about what they think?


BE yourself.

BE who you want to BE.

DO what the hell you want.

People will judge you no matter what.
