General Hospital next two-week spoilers March 11-22, 2024 have Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) determined to leave Port Charles but several try to get him to change his mind. Meanwhile, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) is arrested and may face attempted murder charges on a life he tried to save!

Also, Carly Corinthos, played by Laura Wright, is in the middle of the drama, with the FBI and PCPD on her tail, and Jason hiding at her home. Meanwhile, Finn (Michael Easton) is worried about a possible overstep with one of Liz Webber's (Rebecca Herbst) kids on GH. 

Heather Webber (Alley Mills), who is dealing with strange symptoms, and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) confronting Carly about her recent actions. The return of Blaze's (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) mother, Natalia Rogers-Ramirez (Eva LaRue), is another plot point to watch out for. 

As the drama unfolds, the town is divided over who shot Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), with Carly, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) standing firmly with Jason.
