• Lament - Luke 6:21
  • Alexithymia
• Confession - James 5:16; 1 John 1:9
• Forgiveness - Ephesians 4:32
  • Developing a Forgiving Heart - Romans 12:14-21
    • Pray for them
    • Forgive them
    • Refuse to avoid them
    • Give what they need, as best you can
    • Be humble towards them
• Discernment - Ephesians 5:10
