We live in a society that has normalized living under the hormones of stress 24/7. And while there are many stress reduction techniques out there, I believe the most powerful way to manage stress is to cultivate a deeper relationship with Faith... trusting that there is an Intelligence beyond our own that is steering the ship in foggy times. As a society, we focus so much on trying to control things, and this causes us tremendous stress.
