We're wrapping up Canadian cartoon month with an exclamation point that only a cartoon from the Great North can provided.  Yes, Monster by Mistake! asks the question - what if you were cursed to turn into a monster every time you sneezed?  Oh, and by the way, let me tell you about Johnny the Ghost.  Buckle up because this show is as wild a ride as the obscure idea that our eyes are oval and don't blink in unison.
