This episode is different. This one is personal. Back to school season is among us. Similar to last year we are experiencing anxiety unlike any other as many of our kids return to school, in-person. New variants emerging, to mask or not mask, vaccinate or not, there is so much additional stress on top of the normal chaos that already exists when it comes to back to school. In this open letter to you, I am sharing some words of encouragement, advice, and inspiration during this time. None of us have all the answers. We will not get it 100% right all the time, however, we can show up and continue to do the best we can to make it each day.
