Hi everyone! Molly Godfrey ,is a mom, business owner, and wife. In this video, I'm going to talk about how she balances it all.

I know that many of you are also juggling multiple roles, so we wanted to share some of the tips that have helped her. First, it's important to set priorities. What are the most important things to you? Once you know your priorities, you can start to make decisions about how to allocate your time.

Another important thing is to delegate. Don't be afraid to ask for help from your spouse, family, or friends. They can help you with things like childcare, cooking, or cleaning.

Finally, it's important to take care of yourself. Make sure you're getting enough sleep, eating healthy foods, and exercising. When you're taking care of yourself, you're better able to take care of others.

I know that balancing multiple roles can be challenging, but it's definitely possible. If you're feeling overwhelmed, just remember that you're not alone. There are many other women out there who are doing it too.
