Intro 

Mandi was born in South Africa and later moved to Zimbabwe in 1996. After moving to America in 2013, she had to adjust to a new life, new community, new culture and new experiences. It has not been an easy journey. 

As a certified academic life coach, veteran home educator, speaker, career coach, and ACC ICF coach,she helps teens and young adults take action to live a life of purpose. Mandi feels coaching improves  motivation, time management, organization, emotional regulation, relationships, mindsets, and helps students with anxiety, life transitions, careers or vocation. 

Mandi also coaches parents with her "The Coach Parent Mindset," which supports parents in "The Coach Approach" to parenting and home education.  This approach transforms relationships as parents help their adolescents take more ownership and responsibility

What social emotional learning really is, it is a heart transformation in Christ so that children, teens and young adults DO NOT allow their emotions to control and dictate what they do; and they have the tools to understand what is happening to them emotionally and be able to correct their actions.

3. Teaching a child to take personal responsibility for their actions guiding them in a Socratic manner of questions rather than the boss manager approach most parents and those in authority use.
