There is one reason, and only one reason to live: To love God and people.
There is one way to live a meaningful life: To do everything in love.
Throughout his writings, Solomon says that the only thing he really enjoyed along the way was friends, and work. Those two things made life bearable.
And that’s what we see when we look around us. People in the world, just getting by. They have a few friends, and they have their work. Day after day after day, the same people, and work. This keeps the world going.
But God invites us to so much more than all of that! God invites us to meaningfulness. God invites us to purpose. Doing everything in love fills your life with passion.
