I personally cannot resonate with those struggling with their mental health, I don’t want to pretend to know what they are going through but I do want to be a good ally.

Katty displayed amazing vulnerability and bravery through sharing her story with mental illness. I hope that it helps others to not feel so alone, helps people like me understand what it means to be an ally of those with mental illness and that it helps people to be kind and considerate.
