Typically, the participants: Discuss major matches, wrestlers, rivalries, or events. Share personal opinions, experiences, and analysis. Debate different perspectives on wrestling techniques, storylines, or performances. Reflect on the history and evolution of wrestling. Answer questions from a host or audience. Compare different eras, styles, promotions, or performers. The atmosphere can range from serious and analytical to casual, humorous, and conversational. A moderator often guides the discussion, keeps participants on topic, and makes sure multiple viewpoints are heard. In general, it resembles a panel discussion centered specifically on wrestling, rather than an actual wrestling match.
