This proves that those who say “one sin will send you to hell”, out of an attempt to scare you, are dead wrong.

This is no license to sin; willful sin is no “hamartia”, failure. Willful sin is a “parabaseos”; violation, literally fighting God. That’s a different situation.

But when you, a Christian, fail; sin…there is immediate forgiveness (1 John 1:7-10)."
