I really struggled to make this podcast. Not because I didn't have stuff to say (I always seem to have stuff to say) but because I was afraid I would make people angry. I hope this makes people angry - although I softened this message a lot before I posted this message.

We need to let go of our need to blame somebody for not predicting these events and start to really talk about a system prevention to this very unique problem we have in the United States.

Our need to blame is getting in the way of our ability to improve.
