Her journey to becoming an MFR Therapist is really unique and I can't wait for you to hear her story.
Kristin opened “Pacific Myofascial Release” in May 2022. Her private MFR-only practice is located just south of San Francisco. Prior to this she was a band director for almost 15 years, leading award-winning programs with over 300 students a year, and then worked in non-profit as Deputy Director of Programs. While she loved teaching music, she was burned out and couldn’t keep working crazy hours.
She discovered MFR as a client suffering three neck injuries over five years – after each injury she couldn’t play flute, conduct, do yoga, or even carry groceries. MFR changed her life and was a natural second career helping others in a new way. Kristin had so much fun creating her own business in the spring of 2022 while finishing MT school, taking MFR seminars, and listening to the podcast. Shortly after opening, she decided to enroll in coaching to continue becoming the therapist and business owner that she wanted to be and reach her goals.
