The Midnight McBride Show Episode 14 ”Sandy (The Man) Holt - Part 1”

In this episode I interview Sandy Holt.

Sandy is a former multiple European Thai Boxing Champion and also an Instructor, originally studying under the world renowned Master Sken.

Sandy is also a world record holder, a television commentator, a podcast host and a Northern soul dancer. He has worked on movies with Jackie Chan, is friends with Sugar Ray Leonard and has even been the subject of a television documentary. Sandy "The Man" Holt has lived!

In fact it would be easier to say what Sandy hasn't done.

However despite all of this Sandy remains very humble, is a gentle and caring man and will gladly make time for anyone, imparting some of the wisdom he has learnt along the way - A "Sandyism" if you will. Sandy was badly bullied at school and this was his motivation to go on help others. Turning a negative in your life into a positive in someone else's by sharing the lessons learnt, is one of the greatest things a human being can do.

Sandy is a beautiful man and brings colour into the lives of everyone he meets - literally!!!

You can even just feel his positive energy radiating as he enters a room. He is an inspiration.

If you live in the North West of England and you don't know Sandy - Where have you been!!!

It really was a pleasure to spend time in the company of this true gentleman.
