Dr Sarah Michaud is a clinical psychologist who specializes in addiction and codependency. She is the author of the book Cocrazy- and the cohost of the you tube channel Leaving Crazytown. She brings her wisdom , directness and humor to all her work and also just celebrated 40 years of her own sobriety from cocaine and alcohol.

 

Dr. Michaud shares what codependency looks like, where it comes from and how it impacts relationships with others and ourselves.
