In our 20's we get in the game. In our 30's we move up in the game. In our 40's we try to stay in the game (because those 30 year old's are so damn good). In our 50's we ask, “what is it that I really want.” Tyler shares a great story about growing his company, the fear he experienced in launching the company and how he overcame it over an 18 month period.
