I know first hand how tight the grip of fear can be.  When I was thinking of leaving my teaching career, the security, friendships, retirement, insurance and stability- you better believe it was enough to make me want to  STAY PUT!

But as I began personally developing and getting very serious about my future and the life I wanted to live, I knew I couldn't stay stuck in paralysis analysis. I needed to move. I needed to change. I had to push past the fear and anxiety.
