Wake Up TriCounties Prairie Chicken Arts Festival

The Kewanee Prairie Chicken Arts Festival gets underway on Friday, July 8th and runs through the weekend. Those attending will have plenty to enjoy including live music, food, and the amazing chalk art on the go cart track near Cerno's and The Station Restaurant. Across the downtown area, art will be everywhere all weekend as students from Wethersfield and Kewanee School Districts donated more than 900 pieces made by students to be displayed in the windows of downtown businesses. Kids entertainment, art contests, and so much more are on tap for this weekend in Kewanee and that's why we had special double sized interview with Festival organizers, Dianne Packee, Diane DeMay, and Becky.
