Gird your loins- Homily by Fr. Luke DeMasi

Sprite’s slogan, “Obey your thirst” (and others) can be applied to many people: if you have an urge, obey it. This slogan and others can apply to other aspects of one’s life as well—their sexual life, anger, etc. Christ, on the contrary, says, "Gird your loins."

Reflecting on this, Fr. Luke DeMasi, SHM defends the chaste life and quotes St Paul: “Sin must not reign over your mortal body so that you obey its desires” (Romans 6:12), and explains how.
