Episode #71 - Jerico Copeland MacPhee & Justus Copeland

Two brothers from Nova Scotia join us tonight!  Jerico Copeland MacPhee splits his time between Breakthrough Jiu Jitsu and Tristar MA in Montreal, coming off his first pro fight for FLA in February, he laid down his future plans and how life has been since coming back home to Scotian since the pandemic!  Justus, his brother is an extremely successful competitor on the local scene here on the East Coast & co owner of Breakthrough Jiu Jitsu in Amherst, Nova Scotia!  Loved catching up with this guy to chat about family, opening a new school and how running sucks!  Enjoy!
