There isn’t a moment when we’re not moving away from or towards a transition in our lives. While most of us like to feel as if we’re progressing, our psyche has an equal need to be comfortable and secure. This often results in a kind of ‘push-pull’ as we navigate this experience.
This week, Sam will talk about the many kinds of transitions and the impact they may have on your ability to not only maneuver through them but maximize the growth opportunity while in them.
You’ll also have an opportunity to think about the role of change in your everyday and future plans, to identify the aspects inside of the Self that may go unacknowledged, and to recognize the power of stepping towards your transitions with a more conscious mind.
