2 Minute Gospel Reflection...The Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary

Today is the Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Today, in a special way, we remember Mary's obedience to God in her Fiat, and how ultimately, how this Fiat reverberated throughout her entire life. Immaculately Conceived the Blessed Mother was assumed into heaven to share in the fruits of the Resurrection. We ask for her intercession, so that we can look forward to the resurrection of the body and the day of salvation with hope!
