Market Close 13 September 2019: Market lifts for a fourth week of gains

The Aussie market has continued its recent run of gains on Friday. The ASX 200 rose 14 points or 0.2% to 6669 to extend its winning run to a third straight day and fourth consecutive week. Strength in banks and industrials underpinned today’s improvements but losses for tech names and supermarkets weighed.
