Episode #39 Take a Season of Silence

In this episode I talk about the value in Disappearing for a while and cutting off/limiting time with anyone who doesn’t SUPPORT your growth. How valuable it can be to understand who is in your corner and who isn't. You need time to be able to focus on yourself with no distractions. We need to become comfortable and confident with ourselves so we learn to be happy without relying on anyone else.You should never be a burden to someone. Let them go and figure themselves out while you hone in who you are. Learn to love yourself so you don’t settle for someone who isn’t happy themselves again. Get to a place where you take chances and are ok if they don’t work because you know something good will come out of it
