In the first part of today's show, we looked at the insights from psychologist Kimberley Wilson on how improving nutrition can reduce violence, particularly in Europe's largest women's prison. Then we discussed how tech companies have agreed to an AI ‘kill switch’ to prevent Terminator-style risks. Finally, we discovered why young women are falling out of love with dating apps.

Today's unpopular opinion was that taking selfies is a sign of narcissism.

In the show's second half, we asked 100 humans to name a reason to take a photograph of yourself. Later we saw an ambulance collide with a moose while responding to another moose collision.
