Wake Up TriCounties OSF Healthcare Communityt Health Neeeds Assessment

The OSF Healthcare Community Health Needs Assessment is a yearly effort by OSF Healthcare to determine services that people see as needed in the community. The results clearly show a desire for Mental Health Services in the area but also ideas for addressing nutrition health and how to encourage healthy eating and eating habits in the community and what role OSF Healthcare can play in that. Samantha Rux talked about the Community Health Needs Assessment on Monday's edition of Wake Up Tri-Counties.
