Retro Halloween Month- The Following TV show lookback (with filmmaker Elvery Tren Peters!)

My fellow filmmaker pal Elvery returns to sum up the addicting, action-packed and creepy serial killer hunting show, The Following. Packed with blood cults, crooked authority figures and other old-school type tropes in modern-day form, the show has something for everyone. 

Why was it cancelled after 3 years? Why was it able to get past censorship unlike earlier shows? Why are there many compelling characters on here? Why do so many not discuss it much? All that and why streaming sites need to stop tripping it and put it on their platforms already (are you listening HBO Max, Hulu, Disney+ & Shudder?)!
