John dis an 85- 100 mile walk we talk about it and all the reflections and what was learnt

A day of self reflection on yesterdays adventures and the bottom line from myself is that when we can get a grip on our own EGO life becomes simpler and more straightforward each and every day. If we stop worrying about what other people think about us, and rather process whats going on in our own minds and really questioning your decisions - "Why did I react like that, why do I behave in the way every time.........." Life gets less complicated, we create more space within our own headspace. On this occasion it was during a wee walk for myself but it can be driving a car or even sitting in front of the boob tube. Loosing the ego allows us to respond rather than react all the time. Moss Massimo feel free to pitch in anytime bro
