We dive deep into what it's like to be triggered by our own negative thought and feeling spirals whilst in the surf - in how related they are to our own unique set of likes/dislikes and past experiences.
We also discuss the recent documentary with Jonah Hill called "don't look up" and chat about the super practical tools we can use to make our experience calmer and happier...in facing uncertainty and discomfort with skills that can have a really positive impact.
We also go onto to cover breathing exercises and chat about motivation to practice self care habits with the consistency of someone who really wants to take their surfing (and life) to the next level.
