In this episode Mpho interviews one of the first people she became friends with when she relocated to Hawaii. Ali Indra Sky is a psychology graduate who is trained in Psych K and studied Ayurvedic nutrition at the Greens Ayurveda in Kerala India.

Ali also has a background in dance and guides ecstatic dance events. She has attended several retreats that specialize in self growth and has a profound interest in personal transformation.
