General Hospital: Who Dies so Maxie Can Live? | Soap Dirt

General Hospital sees Maxie Jones, played by Kirsten Storms, faces a health crisis after a heart attack. The character, who received a heart transplant in 1994, is feared to need another transplant to survive. As Maxie's condition worsens, her family and friends rally around her. Meanwhile, Lucas Jones, played by Van Hansis, and Liesl Obrecht, played by Kathleen Gati, express their concerns about Maxie potentially slipping into a coma. 

The situation on General Hospital prompts speculation about who might die so Maxie can get their heart. Potential candidates include Cody Bell, played by Josh Kelly, Frisco Jones (Jack Wagner), Maxie's father, and even the returning Nathan West, played by Ryan Paevey. A less popular but still plausible option is Drew Cain Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison), a character many in Port Charles would gladly see gone.
