Including some insights from former CEO of Tyson, Donnie Smith, Blake discusses how the most successful companies involve leadership at the top with clear identities of service that actually place themselves at the bottom – contrasted with the most toxic of companies where leadership finds their value in their titles and who do anything to protect it… even at the expense of the company and the people within it.
