Ali Jones is talking to our best-loved creatives about how they caught their breaks. This week Ali chats to British rower, Helen Glover MBE. Ranked the world's top female rower in 2015-2016, Helen is a double Olympic champion, three-times world champion, and easily one of the most decorated athletes in the GB Rowing Team. She's also a mum and co-author of a new book with her husband Steve Backshall - Wildlings.
Helen tells Ali how she made the GB Team despite missing a couple of inches in height, why she nearly said no to her biggest break, and how she got to Tokyo from her living room in lockdown.
