Sexual Trafficking, which preys, primarily, upon girls and young women is an epidemic in the USA, happening in nearly every community. It is also a $150 billion dollar global industry. We talk with two leaders from Detroit's Alternatives For Girls that has been on the front lines, for 34 years, of the essential work to help homeless and high-risk girls and women escape sexual trafficking, violence and exploitation and eventually rebuild their lives.
