The Power of Transitions

Momentum in life can be gained by taking clear advantage of your transitions in life. Moving from one task to another - or driving from home to work, how you capitalize on your transitions matter. The enemy of transitions is the constant need to be distracted. When we keep our minds plugged in and unaware of the in-between, we lose a bit of our potential and miss mentally preparing for the next thing.
