Two hundred people from all over Europe are in Dublin Castle this weekend to discuss the issues that matter most to them when it comes to the future of the EU.
They’re part of a European Citizens’ panel which has been tasked to discuss and come up with recommendations on shaping Europe’s future.
It’s all part of the Conference on the Future of Europe which is a year-long EU project that’s been described as the largest ever exercise in transnational democracy.
Well Dublin man Eoin Stafford is one of four Irish people randomly selected last year to take part in one of the European Citizens’ panels. He spoke to Karen Coleman and described what the whole process has been like for him.
