The Basics of a New Patient Welcome Process [PPP #111]

In this episode of the Profitable Practice Podcast, I discuss the elements of a basic onboarding process for your new patients. Having a clear, well thought out process for welcoming new patients to your practice is KEY to making a good first impression and building trust with your new patient. :)

  How you welcome new patients into your practice can make it easy for him/her to become a life-long patient or break your relationship and send them looking for someone else. 

 

There are 4 parts to the process of welcoming a new patient into your practice:

• The Pre-visit Experience
• The Reception Experience
• The Visit Experience
• The Post-visit Experience

Each part has it's own challenges and in this episode I share the best business savvy practices I've come across that leave patients, staff, and YOU feeling happy and positive about your new therapeutic relationship.
