Hopefully worth the wait, it's your weekly Brokusatsu!  First, Black Lightning is making life hell for the ASA, so they decide to return the favor with the help of some very corrupt policemen.  Jefferson Pierce faces the terrifying might of the law, and it's going to take some doing to get him out intact.
