Slow Gongyo for practice

A medium paced recitation of all three sections of Nichiren described abbreviated practice of recitation. The three levels of practice are Comprehensive practice; reciting the entire sutra with Daimoku; the Abbreviated practice of the three sections or two chapters of the Hoben(2nd) and Juryo (16th) with Daimoku, and the Essential practice of the Daimoku alone.
