The Meghan Markle in all of us

Breaking away from my scheduled programming to share the three takeaways I left with after watching the Oprah, Meghan Markle, Prince Harry interview:

1. You can feel there is no way out even when seemingly the world is at your disposal. 
2. Toxic family members are not entitled to your loyalty or your presence. 
3. Your spouse should be your mental health advocate, always.
