Looking back now, she can see exactly why she had to go through every ounce of angst…she can see how every hot mess moment led to a deeper awareness of who she really was (and wanted to be), immense growth and ultimately her calling as a Soul Therapist.

Early on in her life as a leader in the corporate world, she had developed a strong people-pleasing muscle…founded in fear of confrontation and being truly seen. Then, with the support of one of her many guides, she woke up to the fact that what she had been habitually taking “personally”, what was in fact none of her concern!
