#5amMesterScrum Show 655 Live - Managers encouraging Time Off after a Big Push and Fortune Cookie Saturday - Today's topics: (1) In just about every organization I have worked with pre-Agile Mindset in the company, managers push the team to work extra hard to meet a deadline or new release and then many of those managers encourage people to take vacation.  I have to say this is not sustainable and managers may think they are doing favors for the people but they are really not and in fact hurting the company and (2) Fortune Cookie Saturday: Make two grins grow where there was only a grouch before.
