Proposals to Remove Blasphemy Clause in Irish Constitution Welcome - Mc Guinness

Proposals to remove a clause in the Irish constitution on blasphemy are being welcomed by the Vice-President of the European Parliament. 

Justice Minister Charlie Flanagan brought the plans to cabinet today.
