Today we are diving into our last Unhook Yourself episode. I hope you enjoyed them as much as I did. I realized I could extend this series forever- there are so many things that we can release ourselves from and the freedom would ensue for SURE! I thought it was appropriate to end with unhooking yourself from doing things the way they have always been done. So many times we get in a routine that turns into a rut. Routines are great but if we are doing things simply because its always been done- its time to shake things up and make some changes. One step- STOP BELIEVING the lies that you aren't capable of growing and changing! You are fully capable and it is not too late!!! Let's DO this!
